Since 1989, Katherine Marie Day Spa has built a reputation for quality services at reasonable prices in a tranquil setting.

Our goal is to continue to provide exceptional spa services in a serene and comfortable setting. Each treatment room has been designed for relaxation and privacy. Facials, massage, reflexology, body treatments, waxing, pedicures and manicures are all provided by our trained professionals, dedicated to providing services that maintain and support your body and spirit.

Our calm interiors reflect warmth, color and positive energy. In the spring and summer when our garden is in full bloom, the spa lunch is served on our screened porch. We serve Republic of China teas to all our clients as they relax before or after a treatment. Our retail area also features unique home accessories, candles, vintage teapots and tea cups, painted furniture, framed prints and photos.

When Katherine Marie Day Spa opened in 1989, it had two treatment rooms, a small product and gift area and one full time and two part time staff members. Today, the spa has five treatment rooms, a wet room, a manicure/pedicure room and a great selection of body care, face care, and home accessories. The spa has three massage therapists, a reflexologist, two facialists, and two manicurists/pedicurists.

Katherine Marie Day Spa is conveniently located in Sterling, in northwestern Illinois. Sterling and Rock Falls are nestled on the Rock River, just west of Dixon and 50 minutes east of the Quad Cities. The spa is in a beautifully restored 1850s farmhouse, built by the early homesteaders. Later, a portion of the building served as a piano studio. Several of our clients came here as children for their piano lessons.
